1.Washing water temperature shuold below 35 degrees

2.Do not wash with dark clothes and taekwondo belt

3.Do not wash vigorously ,in order to avoid the clothes deformation

4.Hang it in a cool and ventilated place to dry

5.Do not use bleach and do not twist it by hand
